Love that reaches your neighbour
Jesus joins wholehearted love of God with love of neighbour. These commandments give direction to the whole life of faith.
Bring it into ordinary life
Our neighbour may be someone nearby whose needs are easy to overlook: a new colleague, a tired parent, or the person who always seems to manage. Loving them need not begin with an impressive gesture. Ask what would help, listen to the answer, and choose something you can sustain. Loving ourselves also means recognising limits; generous care can include asking others to share the work.

Let the Gospel take shape
Ask one person what would ease their week. Offer a specific, realistic form of help.
