Let what I do today become a small response to Your love. Amen.

Lord Jesus, I bring this day into Your presence. Thank You for the good I received and the love I was able to share. Show me gently where I failed to love. Give me courage to ask forgiveness and make things right. I place unfinished work and unanswered questions in Your hands. Watch over those who are working, waiting or suffering tonight. Grant us rest, and help us begin again in Your mercy tomorrow. Amen.

Loving God, thank You for this food and for the people whose work brought it to our table. Bless those who prepared it and everyone gathered here. Remember those who are hungry, alone or far from home. Make us grateful for what we have and willing to share. Let this meal be a place of kindness, listening and welcome. Through Christ our Lord.
