· Revelation 4:1–11
The vision in Revelation places all creation before God in worship. Its vivid images interrupt a cramped view of reality in which our immediate worries are the whole story. Pause before something you did not make: the sky, a tree, a piece of music or another person’s courage. Wonder need not solve the problem you carry. It can restore proportion and turn attention toward the Creator who receives praise beyond our understanding.
A question to sit with
What part of creation helps me remember that my worries are not the whole horizon?
One small step
Spend three quiet minutes noticing one created thing, then offer a simple word of praise.
Pray
Creator of heaven and earth, widen my attention and receive my praise amid the concerns of this day. Amen.
