· Luke 17:11–19
Ten people receive healing, but one turns back to give thanks. Gratitude does not mean denying the treatment, effort or support still needed in our lives. It means pausing long enough to recognise a gift and the giver. Recall one person whose care helped you through difficulty. If contact is appropriate, name what their action meant. Let your thanks be specific rather than grand.
A question to sit with
Whose care have I received without fully acknowledging it?
One small step
Send a brief thank-you that names one particular action and its effect.
Pray
God of every good gift, slow me down enough to notice grace and return with a grateful heart. Amen.
